Services
Nutrition Therapy. I practice a type of muscle testing, or a specific type of Applied Kinesiology, called Nutrition Response Testing. This biofeedback technique helps me identify what the burdens are that keep you from healing, help me identify specific nutrient supplements you need to correct that, and bring overall balance to your system.
Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. This is focused on a holistic approach to looking at each person as a whole system, not just a part. I believe using this approach to heal the whole person. My coaching will include lifestyle changes from diet, to exercise, and spirituality.
Educational Workshops/Seminars. I teach and share information regarding healthy lifestyles, healing, and ways to take responsibility back for our own health. Additional Services Master at Nutrition Response Testing
