Chi Harmony PRO (CHP) Take-Home Practice is a self-guided method of massage and stretching that stimulates immediate release of muscular tension - easing stiffness, freeing adhesion, relieving strain and fatigue, from the hands, arms, neck & shoulders. Coordinated with a series of alternating stances, balance and movement, CHP further increases strength & mobility of the spine. Anchored to the rhythm and rate of your breathing, CHP calms the mind and soothes the nervous system.
Range of motion increases, posture becomes more stable and relaxed, moving more easeful and balanced, and your mind, perhaps a bit more clear and focused. You build a keen sense of awareness and kind of power and strength that stay with you.
That's because CHP provides the essence of a flow-yoga or tai-chi practice in a step-by-step method you can learn on your own: the tools to integrate strength & balance between the hemispheres of your body & movement so they are unified down deep and work together for you. Communication and flow between the two halves of the body, ha & tha, yin & yan, are emphasized in both traditional Yoga and Taoist thought to be vital, not only to strength & flexibility, but to overall physical health and mental wellness. CHP was developed by a teacher of classical yoga (Emil K. Schlee - Internationally Certified Sivananda Yoga Vedanta) for those who never knock-off, who prefer to combine fitness with recreation & leisure, who would benefit from a relaxation technique, strengthening posture and mental focus, etc., but who are unable to make the long-term commitment associated with learning traditional forms, a teacher or attending class on a regular basis.image Time & money, schedule conformity, level of attention and discipline required are all quite challenging to the ordinary lifestyle. CHP connects the dots so it's easy to learn and continue on your own. The axes of rotation, points of balance and sequence are constant, held together for you. All you do is the fun stuff - coordinate rhythm with balance and keep breathing. That's it!

No matter how much or how little you do, CHP takes you to the heart of the matter. You gravitate to it, learn to read the tension in your body and trace it to its source.
