About
Charlton Boyd is a graduate of the Swedish Institute for Health Sciences, The Juilliard School and a former concert dancer (principal/soloist) for the Mark Morris Dance Group. He is currently a member of SOBI (Society of Ortho-Bionomy International) and a professional member of the AMTA and AHA. Charlton currently holds certifications in Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Ortho-Bionomy bodywork as well as Medical Massage, Table Shiatsu and Relaxation Reflexology. His primary approach to bodywork is to stimulate and help facilitate the body's own corrective healing mechanisms; without pain or force, via the proprioceptive nervous system. With specific touch and care, the client can experience a profound and often spontaneous release in muscle tissue and holding patterns that cause structural imbalances; for relief of both chronic and acute pain and dis-ease.
In addition to his education in the health sciences, Mr. Boyd has over 30 years of study and performance experience as an accomplished professional dancer, and has cultivated an acute awareness of physiology and body mechanics that allows him to understand and listen to your body with compassion to deliver specific therapeutic care.

From a physical perspective, It is Nu Sol Cycle Wellness's mission to contribute to this idea through the care and services we provide to each and every body we touch.
When your body is balanced physically it informs the mental and the spiritual or the emotional, if you prefer. You feel better overall, you gain a healthier outlook on life, you make better choices for yourself and your loved ones.

With clients that include dancers, musicians and atheletes as well as professors and some in corporate, Charlton has treated over 1500 people with complaints ranging from over-work, stress related issues to low back pain, T.O.S. and chronic pain related to fibrosis /scar tissue or trauma caused by accident.
