EPY Center proudly enters its 7th year in East Sacramento, California. The studio focuses on an integrated approach to health and fitness using Pilates, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis and yoga practices for general body conditioning, flexibility, rehabilitation, personal fitness and overall health and wellness.

Our studio provides a supportive environment for all levels of exercise enthusiasts, from the novice exerciser, to the seasoned athlete and dancer, delivering our services in a personal training mode, that addresses each clients goals and objectives. We offer personal training in one-hour private, semi private and trio formats and small-group mat classes as well. EPY Center has a variety of practices from which to choose and a mix and match approach of regular exercise is a great treat for your body.

EPY Center proudly boasts its' exclusivity as the only metropolitan Sacramento studio offering Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis and Golf Gyrotonic.
