Rude, unprofessional.

Normally I don't like leaving bad reviews, but although it has been a while since the worst day of my life (yes - THAT BAD), I feel that this can be used as a public service annoucement.

I am in tears as I write this. I will never recommend to anyone after the experience I had. Worst experience of my life and I still have nightmares about it, quite frankly.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

And then avoid some more.
