They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I really appreciated, was that they didn't have calloused hands. I've been to some other places where the massage therapist had calloused hands and it was awful, but not here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I felt much more relaxed after my massage. It was great to be able to unwind. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
