Hello and thanks for checking out my space. I am a Transformation Expert, Writer, Speaker and Healer based in beautiful Mount Shasta, CA. In addition to my therapeutic credentials as a Reiki Master, Hypnotherapist and Life Coach, I also hold a BA in Theology and Religious Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University, Canterbury, England and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Bath Spa University, Bath, England. I am currently working on my first self help book and am in the process of building my platform from which to launch it. In the past two years, having been attuned to Reiki Master in the traditional Usui methodology, I have become passionate about Energy Healing and the ability for healing the body and the mind without traditional medicines and without traditional psychoanalytically based counseling. I receive the greatest satisfaction helping others bring Health, Balance and Energy back into their lives. Areas of expertise include Stress Management, Depression, Anxiety, Self Esteem, Confidence and Assertiveness. I have been Certified by the International Association of Reiki Practitioners (IARP), the International Board of Clinical Practitioners (IBCP).and the American Association of Professional Hynotherapists. When not working with clients, my favorite pursuits are hiking, photography and spending time with my beautiful wife and best friend, Rachael. My mission is to spread the word that you can take back control of your life, focusing on health and balance and finally gain the peace, health and harmony youve waited for so long. Forrest Lamb is an incredible healer. He beams beautiful healing energy naturally and with intent. His hands are naturally filled with lovely deep healing energy. Every visit with him will be TRANSFORMING for you. I've visited Forrest 5 or so times. If it weren't the commute from Portland to Mt. Shasta, I'd be seeing him now. He's missed in Portland.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
