Sabrina Betts is a Massage Therapist with over 1400 hours of training and 10 years of experience. She attended Westwind Academy of Massage in Phoenix, AZ from 2000-2002, Arizona School of Massage Therapy in 2003, and Hands-On Therapeutics in Wichita Falls, Tx in 2004. Sabrina has also taken additional courses with the Upledger Institute. She has performed over 6,000 hours of massage via private practice, spas, and a rehabilitation center. She currently holds a massage therapy license in the state of Texas and the Commonwealth of Virginia. She is also Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is a member in good standing with the International Massage Association. Her specialty is in Injury Massage and Trigger Point Therapy in conjunction with several other modalities.

The massage modalities are; Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Chair Massage, Hydrotherapy, Deep Tissue, Infant massage (including training for the parents), Injury Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy Massage, Shiatsu, Russian Sports Massage, Reflexology, Sports massage (pre-event, inter-event, and post-event), Swedish Massage, Structural Bodywork, and Trigger Point Therapy.
