By looking at at a person's style relating we can identify and challenge those patterns that are keeping you stuck in anxiety, depression, anger, and conflict. Past abuse, neglect, or loss can continue to impact relationships until there is some resolution to the pain and fear they leave in their wake. Becoming more self-aware and mindful of the ways that you react automatically to thoughts, feelings, and situations creates the opportunity to be more thoughtful in how you live your life.
