In addition to talk-therapy I specialize in EMDR and Hypnosis. These modalities assist clients in removing faulty beliefs, thoughts and traumas that may be contributing to the inability to have the abundance and happiness they deserve in their lives. These beliefs are not always conscious. Both of these modalities benefit the client to move past their challenges on a subconscious deep healing level. "My mission is to help client's empower "the self," enlighten "the spirit," and promote positive change on their life's journey.
