* Formally assess/treat children (ages 3-12) with disorders in cognition, articulation, language, motor speech, and swallowing secondary to autism, PDD, cerebral palsy, hydrocephaly, seizure disorders, TBI, blindness, hearing impairments, brainstem dysfunction, mental retardation, vocal fold dysfunctions, etc. * Utilize a plethora of speech and swallowing techniques (facial oral exercises, thermal stimulation, PECS, AAC devices, physical prompting, etc.) to increase sound/word productions and swallowing abilities with motor speech, language, and swallowing disorders * Master Clinician who mentors and consults with CFY/new clinicians and students * Provide supervision, education, and trainings to staff and parents/caregivers to utilize appropriate strategies and procedures for generalization * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of professionals from multiple disciplines
