Client receives body soft tissue work.
Deep Tissue Session: 30, 60, 90 minutes

Body work strokes to release restricted soft tissue.
Will address the highest priority of soft tissue discomforts.
Client receives body soft tissue work.
Cranial Relaxation Session: 30, 60, 90 minutes

Combination of Quick Release Technique and Cranial Decompression to relieve headaches, neck pain, and body tension, re-establishing homeostasis (balance). Very Relaxing!
Client is fully clothed; does not receive body soft tissue work during this session.

Structural Energetic Therapy® has multiple cranial and body soft tissue releases allowing the body to unwind to homeostasis (balance). The session is an integration of Cranial/Structural Releases and Specialized Myofascial Soft Tissue Protocols to release myofascial holding patterns, scar tissue and adhesions that maintain distortions causing pain and dysfunction!
The sessions are tailored to each client.
