Sifu goal is to aim for 50,000 acts of kindness rather than 1,000, he said, and hopes to get hundreds of people involved. The UBBT was a 13-month test designed by martial arts instructor and consultant Tom Callos as "a redesign of how people test for black belts and what requirements we should have." The test began on April 1 and concluded on May 7, 2005 where Sifu tested for 5th degree black belt and was promoted by his coach Master Tom Callos.
Sifu Pasquale enjoys working within the Danvers community and has taught many seminars outside of the martial arts school including: Summer Camps for the North Shore ARC, Tai Chi in many senior centers on the North Shore and at the Danvers Center for the deaf, Self-esteem workshops for the Danvers Athletic Program, and he has worked with the Police for the D.A.R.E program.
