They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They definitely take customer satisfaction and peace of mind into account. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to find the office! I appreciated not having to drive around for an hour searching for it!

Every time I come here the acupuncturist always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been a while since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this clinic. She is absolutely amazing and make other acupuncturists look like beginners. Everything is done right and it's such a pleasant experience. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
