I am not sure what others are talking about. Considering other reviews say "they" instead of her or she, I feel these are bots.

I had a great experience with the therapist. She was very thorough and helped me a lot over 18 month period.

I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a patient complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
