I am no longer in private clinical practice but I share my clinical experience via articles posted on the Internet. My experience at the national level of medicare looking at clinical care led me to further training in holistic medicine - exploring ways herbs, homeopathic remedies and alternate healing methods can help individuals regain health and balance in their lives.
I currentlly work as a consultant with consumers, providers and others on measuring the quality and safety of health care. We focus on finding ways to inform the public about what is being measured, how it can help them get better health care and how their experience can help shape what is measured in the future.
I have been a master's candidate in health and wellness. In addition to clinical practice in geriatrics and internal medicine, I have served as Medical Director for Medicare and worked as Medical Officer for Medicare at the national office.

I trained in Internal Medicine, and did specialty training in psychiatry, geriatrics and holistic medicine.
