I worked with Eric and he is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. Plus, is very attentive and mixes up the work out depending on how I am feeling on a particular day. He also provides an (optional) boxing/kickboxing segment to his training which is great for stress relief, if you need it. Whether you're looking for weight loss, toning, strength training or stress relief, I would highly recommend Fit2Box Fitness Studio in Buffalo for Personal Training.
