I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I was a little unsure that they'd be able to help me when I left my first appointment. They didn't entirely convince me that they knew what they were doing. They sent it to collection agenet to collect the copay even without sending me single statement. I would advise not to go to this clinic. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.
