I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect the veterinarian very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They should have been more understanding. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. One of the first things I noticed when we walked in was how filthy the entire building was. It didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. I would prefer to put 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Plus, whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
