I had a gift certificate for a one hour massage. The gift certificate specifically states "Good for a one hour massage" And "Does not Expire". I called to make an appointment and was set up for an afternoon appointment. 15 minutes before my appointment I got a call explaning that my certificate was only good for $25 and I would have to pay an additional fee in order to get a one hour massage. I explained the certificate didn't say anything about a monetary value and she just continued to say that's all it's worth. I am way too busy to deal with questionable business practices. I would NEVER recommend this person to anyone. Go to SpaVana in Newport. They are an outstanding spa and honor their commitments.
