Choosing a therapist can be a daunting task, whether it be for yourself or for your child. My goal is to create an environment in which you feel safe and comfortable enough to talk openly and honestly. I do this by being respectful, accepting, and having a sense of humor. I also know as a parent that it is very difficult to trust someone with the care of your child. I promise to do my best to live up to that trust.
I have specialized training in working with issues of trauma and co-dependence, as well as depression, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. I am trained in EMDR and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
