I wasn't able to see the doctor and was only able to see the physician's assistant. She was very rude, did not listen to what I was telling her (tried to change my course of treatment/diagnosis even though we had only met 20 minutes prior), and pushed me out the door. I have no idea if Dr. Mitzel is a good doctor and honestly I don't care. I don't want to go to a place that puts me into a situation like that. If the doctor is not immediately taking on new patients, then tell them as much. Please don't had them off to someone not only subpar, but incredibly rude. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

This practice was called into my mother's assisted living facility. I'm assuming my mother was seen by a Dr. but I was never contacted. A medication was prescribed that had terrible side effects for my mother. She was given this same med in 2012 and I could have avoided another bad episode. The assisted living facility contacted this group but never got a response. Now I find out my mother was seen again. I am calling to complain. The family should be contacted before services are provided.
