The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask a question, she would respond as if she didn't hear the actual words coming out of my mouth . Visits with her made me feel like she didn't really care or listen to me while I was there. I felt she consistently dismissed my concerns and accused me of making problems up. I wouldn't trust her to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The one thing that I really liked about this place was the location. They didn't have the worst prices I've ever seen, but they definitely weren't the best.
