I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. It wasn't easy to find parking at their office at all. I ended up driving around looking for a spot for a long time. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week.
