Kind and Caring staff, BUT awful management. I live in Santa Rosa Beach and I am not able to drive to Defuniak Springs every time I have an appointment because of gas and other things. So I need all of my appointments at the Sandestin location. They are short staffed on therapists more times than not so I am not able to see mine as I need to. Passing important documents from COPE to my place of work or to school is a nightmare not to mention "losing" samples that my doctor set up for me to pick up. NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE. If this is your only option, I hope you have luck but if it isn't don't waste the headache.
