Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. I'm still upset because of how long they made me wait in the waiting room. I felt like I was in there a week. They don't offer flexible appointment times at all. I have a busy schedule, and every time I try to get an appointment they never have anything available at a time that works for me.
