Meeting & working with Liz was an entirely new experience, & I was doubtful of the therapy & the results. I had never heard of EDMR, & I was very skeptical but needed help dealing with an issue. I was very comfortable with Liz, I felt very safe & appreciated her approach. She
was never 'pushy' in urging more & more sessions - it was my decision what I needed, & we both agreed I was 'ready' after a few sessions were completed. The end results were very personally gratifying, & my situation changed with positive directions.
