The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
