I am a former employee of this place. It is absolutely true that they have a repetitive history of non-payment of wages. They have been taken to the labor board several times by former employees. They are also under federal investigation and audit regarding their use of grant funds. It is my opinion - and ONLY MY OPINION - that this place is a scam set up to get the owner rich off the grant funding and medi-cal payments they receive, and any help they may have given individuals and the community was only due to the hard work and true motivation of their employees - the owner couldn't care less as long as he had access to the grants.

They are grant funded but do not pay their employees so they have a high turnover of employees. By not pay, I don't mean they don't pay well, I mean they don't pay them at all! The employees go months hoping to get paid and then finally quit and then they hire others and the cycle continues. This is sad for the people out there who are going to apply for a job here, get the job, spend months working there in hopes of getting paid only to find out it's a scam and have to quit, not to mention the people in therapy who get to know and count on the therapists who end up leaving because they don't get paid.
