As a licensed MFT for 20+ years, I bring hope, growth and healing to those seeking help and restoration. I have worked with fellow practitioners for over 15 years and we are known and respected in our communities of Elk Grove, Laguna and surrounding areas as Creekside Counseling Associates. I specialize in couples and individual counseling and address issues from trauma recovery to marital and premarital relationships to anxiety and depression. In addition to my practice, I serve as the Clinical Supervisor at Community Counseling Services (formerly Covenant Counseling Services) located at Christ Community Church in Carmichael.

I specialize in Couples Issues, working within relationships (from dating through empty nesters and beyond) and have been effective in taking individuals and couples through a process of restoration to a new place of hope. My other specialty is trauma recovery, including events, death, assault, deployment, and accidents.

I am real, interactive, strong and grace-giving bringing who I am into the therapeutic relationship appropriately. I offer counseling that is rooted in a Christian world view, though those not seeking this approach receive my utmost respect and sensitivity to their world view.
