I appreciate that this website lets you rate psychologists because a psychologist that is not fit for you or does not have an understanding of cultural differences can cause a lot of harm. This was the case with Karen. If you are not a white, upper middle class American, do not see this person. Furthermore during my time with her she constantly ate, was late (up to 20 minutes) and was not really "present" when I talked to her. I let a lot of it slide because I figured "I must be the problem" this is just a trained professional mirroring me, but I really can't warn enough against this type of therapist.
