Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was extremely easy to locate. I found it within seconds. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. As soon as I walked in the door, I noticed their credentials hanging on the wall. It immediately made me feel more confident that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.
