Dr. Lozano is great, very sweet and professional. The wait to be seen WITH AN APPOINTMENT is a little ridiculous though, I usually wait 45min-1 hour every time. The office staff on the other hand is THE WORST front office staff ever!!! Ive had several issues with the staff in regards to appointments and I asked to speak to the "office manager" after a recent issue happened again and thought she would be helpful and resolve my issue but I was completely wrong! She was SOO rude, talked over me the entire time and extremely unprofessional. Nancy, one of the receptionist who is also related to Dr. Lozano, is also extremely rude every time I've been to the office. All the girls are very short and unprofessional. It takes several phone call attempts to get ahold of anyone there. I've been there for appointments several times while the front office girls are too busy gossiping about other patients to answer the phones and just let them ring. It's because of the office staff that I refuse to go back to this office ever again!!! PLEASE REPLACE YOUR STAFF!!!!
Terrible. I left 5 messages for my doctor to schedule an appointment so I could refill my prescription. I went 5 days without my prescription due to not being able to contact my doctor. I went in person to find out that the office staff lost my file (could report this), did not spell my name correctly (first and last name) in their systems. It is not the doctor's fault, but the office staff make this environment uncomfortable, unethical, and a hazard to anyone's mental health due to lack of care, concern, and competence.
Avoid if you want care that is of quality and upholding ethical standards.
