I have worked in the field of rehabilitation (or habilitation) of criminal personalities for over 35 years. I have NEVER met a more knowledgeable, competent, caring professional counselor as Ms. Cleveland in my experience! I would highly recommend Kathy Cleveland to anyone that is having problems in their relationship, life or any other areas of conflict in their lives! You will be treated VERY professionally, never talked down to and she will assist you in exploring your strengths and weaknesses, with compassion! Hands down, the best, most profession Counselor I have ever encountered! I encourage you to contact her immediately if you feel you need assistance coping with your situation!! You will be pleased with the outcome!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
