They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
