They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know meor my son(patient) and that I'm almost an irritation. I barely spent any time in the waiting room. I was seen very quickly. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The visit with Psychologist lasted about 5 mins, he didnt even focus on my son(his patient), just said need more meds....Really, how you gonna determine that whn dont even evualte his needs.The fact that we drive over an hour to see him for short time isnt worth it. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.
