I am a holistic therapist who has been in private practice for 28 years, working with individuals and couples, 18yo and above. I have expertise in Depression issues, Anxiety, Relationship issues, Sexual Abuse, PTSD, and some phobias, as well as experience with Eating Disorders, and Chemical Dependency healing.
My philosophy and approach are based in Jungian Psychology from a Dreamwork perspective, and includes the idea that there is something right about what is going on in your life currently, which had caused you to seek help. It includes Taoism and Buddhism, along with dreams and other perspectives.
