Fairfield Psych Assocs. are incompetent boobs. Amanda Snow handled my medication management. It takes her 40 minutes to submit 4 Rx's. One of them needed pre-approval but Amanda never responded to it. Express Scripts told me then sent 4 faxes and called 3 times. I called and left 3 messages and sent 2 messages. The front office staff are a bunch of fat low life ugly cows. Highly inept and ignorant. I they never pick up the phone and make little effort to reach out to you. Their too busy stuffing their fat faces. I filed a complaint with the Virginia Dept. Of Health. If anything happens to me it's on Fairfield and the screwball staff.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The receptionist there is a LIAR and told me that she called my phone and left messages for me when my phone does not have a voice mail. Then she wanted to argue about it and told me "Well, it doesn't matter what I did, you need to pay 75 dollars to be seen here again," which is EXTORTION! Then, Erin, who I thought was a good therapist, called me and basically did not listen to anything I had to say. And this was for my eight year old who was being seen by them. Don't waste your time going to this practice. Find a practice that doesn't have LIARS that answer their phone and care more about patient care and customer service than their bottom line. I'm glad this happened early in our relationship. At least now I can get my daughter with people who actually care early on. Just a waste of time and a really disheartening experience. Then, when I receive a phone call from the supposed owner of the practice, he was an JERK who wanted to hear himself talk! Just disgusting and disgraceful. And this is a MENTAL HEALTH PRACTICE!!!!!
