Terrible. Chronically late., Uses a patient portal (ally.com) that doesn't even work. She disappeared w no notes or contact for several months. Took forever to produce my records w a record request. All around lazy. Dishonest. I had legitimate complaints about a med provider she suggested, and she poo pooed my concerns. I wasted yrs and money seeing this person and feel worse for having done so. She has a home office with her family members going in and out of the premises. Her son actually WALKE IN to an appointment of mine, and she proceeded to argue w him about mowing the lawn. She constantly has health issues, as she must be pushing 400 lbs , yet bills herself as someone who can help you with eating disorders. I had bad feeling from day one, and should have listened to my instincts. Terrible person to deal with. Fake caring. Irresponsible, late, The other provider she recommended charged me for my medical records which is in violation of her contract w CT HUSKY. Faller said nothing when I voiced these concerns. Surely she knew this was a violation. Very dishonest and secretive. She has had kidney stones, retinopathy, damage to her finger from falling down her stairs and clutching the hand rail. She keeps a toilet and shower in her downstairs office because she was too morbidly obese to go up and down her stairs. Not a person I would trust w my mental well being. AWFUL ! When I requested my medical records I needed for social security, and that there was a deadline that must be met, she claimed she didn't know what it was. I find it hard to believe someone in practice for 30 yrs doesn't know the HIPPA laws for providing records to a patient requesat.Also she is so disorganized she would send me text reminders for OTHER patients appointments. One time she took 8 days to reply to a text of mine after she insisted text was her preferred method of communication. When I called her home number (which she gave me)., she got belligerent and rushed me off the phone. I wish OI never met this [person and wasted money and time on her. Oh. and I was referred to her by a kinky sex coach. You can't make this stuff up. They all cover for each other and gaslight the patient, like the patient is the problem if take issue w the terrible service. She should be investigated.

Marian is a kind, caring, patient and intelligent person.
I like her very much as a person which counts for everything. she is helpful in many ways and has extended herself personally to assist me.
i hope she never retires!!
