This is just my opinion based on comments from fiends and family who have been there. Others may have a different view. Staff tends to be impersonal, cold, and, at times, condescending. I think that these people remain in business because of political connections and court mandated work rather than because of quality of services and decent treatment of clients. Also, they unconscionably price gouge. If you are ordered to go, you have to go. Otherwise, you might want to think about going somewhere else.
