Horrible experience. The counselor we saw (female) was one of the worst people I've ever dealt with. She had no empathy and basically put blame on everything we talked about. There was no listening on her end, or assistance with solutions...just the blame game. She was the worst therapist I've ever dealt with in my life...and working in the human services field, I'm not blind to the process. We asked to have another counselor and we were told someone would call us back to set it up. After no return call for two weeks, I called them, and was told they were setting us up with another therapist and would call in the next day to schedule. NEVER did get that phone call. Very poor service...went elsewhere and found someone MUCH BETTER. I would not choose Franco if there are other options out there.
