Edie Israel is the epitome of bargain basement psychologists. Her demeanor is condescending, her skills are lacking in every measurable attribute, and quite frankly, she should not be practicing in this field. If you value your sanity, find another doctor at all costs. I am shocked that she was able to make a living considering how poorly she performs. Please, I beg you, look elsewhere. Boulder is teeming with psychologists and psychiatrists. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all costs. Caveat Emptor -

Ms. Israel was the only person in the entire office. Her office was simple enough to find. I was very unhappy with the way my appointment progressed. I made absolutely no progress, and I felt even worse when I left. One thing I appreciated about their office, was how easy it was to find parking. I was able to find a spot right away. However, I feel Ms. Israel is incompetent in her field, and many of her statments and inquiries were extremely inappropriate and irrelevant. The worst experience I've ever had with a therapist!
