There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.
