An upper east side psychologist does in this case mean a beautiful office, but prepare to be sneered at if you're not sophisticated and strong enough to process life. Bewildering, considering the very reasons to be there is to feel accepted. Questionable advice and judgements, inappropriate to any positive progress. Not recommended.
