Their office was organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me and my children feel very important. They did not rush my appointment. I was able to say and ask everything I needed. Dr. Keidel's reports are very thorough and well done. The professionals that received her reports (our primary care physician and the school, for example) were very impressed. We are very happy with Dr. Keidel's service.
