Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. This provider did not get my approval in writing before seeing my child. This provider broke trust with myself and other participants and this provider allows children to participate in acts not suitable for their age.
