Frightened, weakened by brain injury, Dr Lemmon was the first doctor to show depth of understanding and information regarding all the myriad difficulties I faced, and to treat me with consideration and concern for both my grief over losses and the actual loss of capabilities and skills. Her thorough testing covered every conceivable area of function, contrasted to the workman's-comp state-authorized 'neuropsyche evaluation' from a man with shallow information and tunnel-vision - a very limited scope and zero experience or understanding about what was going on with brain injury.
