I left feeling very frustrated. I was hoping that he would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, he pretended and put up a facade and didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was never able to relax during my appointment and was on edge the whole time. He has ruined my life by being bias and not fair with his assessment.

Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Not at all, its out in the boondocks
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying
