All their advice was completely slanted and biased. It seemed like they just wanted to make money instead of giving me advice that would actually help me. My confidentiality was used as toilet paper. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I was lied to. Total lack of professionalism, ethics, and legality--and I am going to be part of the litigation. Wouldn't give it up if I won the lottery. These people (Patricia Murphy, Mike Urban, Melinda Finch Bussa, Mary Bourne Cerra, Michael J Murphy) should be shut down, forced to compensate patients for breaching their confidentiality repeatedly.
