Attorney Niesobecki has 10 lawsuits filed against him in the past 20 months. For details go to: http://www.jud.ct.gov (go to case look up, then civil, then enter his last name). In addition, today the Statewide Grievance council met and heard two grievances against Attorney Niesobecki. He has signed two agreements on these grievances. One of those grievances resulted in a reprimand (which is basically two steps away from disbarment). This information can be found at: http://www.jud.ct.gov/SGC/. (Please allow some time for it to be posted or call the office to verify the information since it is now public.) I would have put zero stars but it wasn't an option.
